Your application seems fair enough,you ll need to work on attunement and your gear first of all(better to work on PvE gear,thats the appropriate gear for raiding),you can have a look at Hunter class in forums to get some hints.

seems like a decent application to me, gear comes with time and work so if your willing thats good

I agree with Brou an Iac ,your application is nice and if u are willing to improve your gear by working u are welcome.I noticed u have a 70 warrior.Are u willing to improve his gear and participate as a warrior if needed or you are not having too much fun with him?
